Privacy Policy

This policy explains what information AIMOTOS collects when you use this website, and what we do with it. We are a tricycle and spare-parts manufacturer based in Chongqing, China, selling to importers and distributors. We collect as little as possible and we do not sell data.
1. What we collect

We do not ask for, and do not want, payment card numbers, ID documents or any special-category personal data through this website.
2. What we do with it
- Prepare and send your quotation, and answer follow-up questions.
- Keep a record of the inquiry inside our own order system so that colleagues can pick it up.
- Prevent spam and automated abuse of the inquiry form and file upload.
We do not use your data for advertising, we do not run third-party advertising or tracking pixels on this site, and we do not sell or rent your data to anyone.
3. Who can see it
Only AIMOTOS staff who handle sales and quotations. Our server and database are hosted on cloud infrastructure; the provider processes data on our instructions and does not use it for its own purposes. We may disclose information if we are legally required to do so.
4. How long we keep it
Inquiries and uploaded files are kept for up to 24 months so that we can trace an old quotation, then deleted. If you become a customer, order records are kept as long as required for accounting and export documentation.
5. Cookies and local storage
This site sets no advertising or analytics cookies. Your browser stores three things locally: the language you chose (once you pick one), the country code used to choose the site language for you (kept for 12 hours and never sent to a third party by your browser), and the contents of your inquiry cart so that a page refresh does not lose your list. You can clear all of them at any time from your browser settings, or with the "Clear" button on the inquiry list.
6. Your choices
Write to sales@aimotos.com and we will, within 30 days, tell you what we hold about you, correct it, or delete it. If you ask us to delete an inquiry, we will also delete any files you uploaded with it.
7. Security
The site is served over HTTPS. Access to the inquiry database requires a staff login, and uploaded files are stored outside the public web root aside from the file you can see in your own quote. No system is perfect; if you believe your data has been exposed, contact us and we will investigate.
8. Children
This is a business-to-business site. It is not directed at children and we do not knowingly collect data from anyone under 16.

本政策说明你使用本网站时 AIMOTOS 会收集哪些信息、以及我们如何使用。我们是位于中国重庆的三轮摩托车与配件制造商，客户为进口商与经销商。我们只收集必要的信息，绝不出售数据。

我们不会索取银行卡号、身份证件或任何敏感个人信息，也请不要通过本站提交这类内容。
二、我们如何使用
- 制作并发送报价，回答后续问题。
- 在我们自己的业务系统中留存询价记录，便于同事跟进。
- 防止询价表单与文件上传被垃圾信息、自动化程序滥用。
我们不会将你的数据用于广告，本站不投放第三方广告、不埋设追踪像素，也不向任何人出售或出租你的数据。
三、谁能看到
仅限负责销售与报价的 AIMOTOS 员工。服务器与数据库托管在云基础设施上，服务商按我们的指示处理数据，不用于自身目的。法律法规要求时，我们可能依法提供相关信息。
四、保留多久
询价记录与上传文件保留不超过 24 个月，以便追溯历史报价，到期删除。若你成为客户，订单记录按会计与出口单证要求保留。
五、Cookie 与本地存储
本站不设置广告或统计 Cookie。你的浏览器本地保存三项内容：你主动选择的语言、用于自动选择语言的国家代码（保存 12 小时，浏览器不会把它发给任何第三方），以及询价清单内容（避免刷新丢失）。你可以随时在浏览器设置中清除，或点询价清单上的「清空」。
六、你的权利
发邮件至 sales@aimotos.com，我们会在 30 天内告知我们持有的你的信息、予以更正或删除。若你要求删除某条询价，我们会同时删除该询价下你上传的文件。
七、安全
本站全程 HTTPS。询价数据库需员工账号登录才能访问，上传文件存放于非公开目录。没有绝对安全的系统；如果你认为数据被泄露，请联系我们核查。
八、未成年人
本站为 B2B 商业网站，不面向未成年人，我们不会有意收集 16 岁以下人士的信息。
九、变更与联系方式
