AIMOTOS builds cargo and passenger tricycles and supplies the complete parts list behind them. Assembly, parts, quality control, export packing and documents all happen in the same place — so one purchase order covers a container of vehicles and a year of spares.
Chongqing is where China's three-wheeler industry sits: engine and axle suppliers, frame welding shops and paint lines within a short drive of each other. We are part of that cluster, not a trading desk buying from it.
A complete tricycle carries several hundred part numbers. We hold the drawings and the packing data for all of them, so a container can leave with vehicles and the parts they will need two years later.
Rear axle ratio, spring rate, tyre and cooling are set per market: heavier loads and unpaved roads in West Africa, water-cooled engines and taller boxes in South America, narrow bodies for island markets.
Your brand on the tank, panels and carton, and CKD kits packed by assembly stage. Because the parts and the vehicle come from the same floor, the kit list and the parts list always match.
Commercial invoice, packing list, bill of lading and certificate of origin are prepared before the container leaves, with the HS codes and weights your broker will ask for.
Six checkpoints. Each one leaves a record we can send you.
Tube cut to drawing, jig-welded, checked for square before paint.
Degrease, phosphating, then powder or wet paint; film thickness recorded per batch.
Engine, gearbox, rear axle, wiring and body panels fitted on a paced line.
Every unit is ridden, braked and checked for leaks and electrical faults before packing.
Carton and unit photos are filed under your order number, so a claim has something to compare against.
Loading sketch, container number, seal number and total gross weight sent the same day.
We do not publish a wall of certificates, because the ones that matter depend on your market. Tell us the destination and we send the relevant set with the price.
Most buyers cannot fly to Chongqing for a first order. Two alternatives, both free:
A 30-minute call on WhatsApp or WeChat. We walk the line with the camera: frame welding, paint, assembly, the parts warehouse and the loading bay. You choose what to look at; we do not send a edited clip.
If you are in China, come in person. We will arrange the factory address, a translator if needed, and a sample of the model you are considering running on the test track.
Short answers. Ask for detail on any of them and you get the numbers, not adjectives.
Part codes, quantities, destination port. If you have a parts list in Excel, attach it — we will read it and quote line by line.
